Will You Be Left Behind

Jesus is Coming Back

The Bible is clear: Jesus is coming soon.

Then He also said to the multitudes, “Whenever you see a cloud rising out of the west, immediately you say, ‘A shower is coming’; and so it is. 55 And when you see the south wind blow, you say, ‘There will be hot weather’; and there is. 56 Hypocrites! You can discern the face of the sky and of the earth, but how is it you do not discern this time?

Luke 12:54-58.

Will you be ready for Christ’s return?

Join us every Sunday at 10 AM to learn more.

Mistakes Are Not Forever

Backslider come home

Everyone has made mistakes in life. Sometimes people get distracted and just cannot seem to find their way back. Others want something else, but realize “things are not as they seem.” Don’t let your mistakes define your life. God calls us back to Himself! Jesus is still “the way, the truth, and the life.” You are loved and God waits for you, so make the decision to come back today!

The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.

2 Peter 3:9

Job’s Storm by Pastor Joe Campbell

Sermon Points

Pastor Joe Campbell – Sunday AM October 1, 2017

“People can fight and endure the storms of life, but when the outcome isn’t to their expectations…they quit.” – Pastor Joe Campbell

Job 1:13-22
“(13) Now there was a day when his sons and daughters were eating and drinking wine in their oldest brother’s house; (14) and a messenger came to Job and said, ‘The oxen were plowing and the donkeys feeding beside them, (15) when the Sabeans raided them and took them away – indeed they have killed the servants with the edge of the sword; and I alone have escaped to tell you!’ (16) While he was still speaking, another also came and said…(17) While he was still speaking, another also came and said…(18) While he was still speaking, another also came and said…(20) Then Job arose, tore his robe, and shaved his head; and he fell to the ground and worshiped. (21) And he said: ‘Naked I came from my mother’s womb, and naked shall I return there. The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; Blessed be the name of the Lord.’ (22) In all this Job did not sin nor charge God with wrong.”

Storms of life are inevitable. Some storms we can prepare for, yet others we cannot. Storms may stem from sickness, from betrayal, from desertion, or from violations, but never take the presence of a storm as the absence of God. It is during these seasons, that we truly see ourselves and we see God. How do you react when you’re hit with a storm? Each storm has an initial shock, with waves, repercussions and tremors that follow. We may fight and endure the storm, but it’s these waves that follow that we truly must survive. Do you maintain your prayer life, your faith and communication with God during the storms of life? The intent of the demonic is to use the storms to drown out the voice of God, His word, and His people. You may survive the initial impact, but it’s the aftermath…it’s the change in language and the loss of communication with the living God and His people, that will change us and kill us. What is your language during the storms of life? Does your language exalt the storm to be bigger than God? Is every struggle, setback and need highlighted and fueled through your language? Our language in the storm is critical to our survival, our growth and our enlargement. What language do you speak during the storms of life? Is your language that of faith? God manifests Himself wherever He finds faith. As is evident throughout our text, the way we’re living and the language we’re speaking today will determine how our end will compare to our beginning. Job 42:12, 16, “(12) Now the Lord blessed the latter days of Job more than his beginning…(16) So Job died, old and full of days.” What’s going to be your end? For your end to be better than your beginning, it’s going to take a language and a lifestyle of faith.

“Your language in the storm is critical to your survival; not just your survival, but your growth and enlargement. What language do you speak during the storms of life?” – Pastor Joe Campbell

China Conference 2017

China Conference

The Lord is at work in the great nation of China! This past October the churches there had a conference where Pastor Campbell preached and stirred the hearts of many people.

Two couples were launched into unreached cities. As the churches gathered they experienced a tremendous presence of God and they are seeing multiplication of disciples!

Pastor Campbell preached for Pastor Monnens and Pastor Alvarez in Sunday services. God is truly giving them momentum and favor as they “press on toward the high calling of Jesus Christ.”

Please continue to lift up the churches in China in prayer!
